Well, the ubiquitous American scientists decided to take care of this part of our lives. In particular, the other day, experts from Duke University in the USA and the National University of Singapore compiled a list of the most harmful food for children. And here it is worth noting that not only chips and soda received a "black mark". The latter, however, turned out to be the leaders of the hit parade, but not only them. The list of undesirable products also includes French fries, any kind of sweets, fried meat and fish, and processed oil. Scientists give quite simple arguments: they say that all these products and drinks are classified as “empty calories” that do nothing for human health, but lead to weight gain. “What can you have then?” you ask. And scientists have found the correct answer to this question. Experts advise giving children foods rich in dietary fiber: cereals, bread, vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, greens. And from filling foods, they suggest giving preference to poultry!
