Children's rights in kindergarten

A small person has the right to:
- Life, health and getting the necessary medical care. In the preschool institution, a medical office must necessarily work.
- Game. Through playing activity a little person learns the world around him. This should be given a sufficient amount of time.
- Education and development of physical and creative abilities.
- Protection from violence and cruelty. This applies not only to physical methods, but also emotional ones. In cases of public humiliation, the use of coarse words, insults and shouting, one must turn to higher authorities.
- Protection of interests and needs. The teacher should devote all his time to children. It is not allowed that the kindergarten officer, instead of looking after the children, would do his own thing.
- High-grade food. The child's body is rapidly developing, so it needs good nutrition. Feeding the children must be satisfying and varied.
Some children's rights are regulated by the authorities themselves.preschool institutions, so it would not be superfluous to familiarize yourself with these documents. The child, in turn, should try to behave with dignity and good manners, fulfill his duties, respect and honor adults, be obedient and modest.
Violation and protection of children's rights by law
Parents should sound the alarm if the preschool institution:
- the child is humiliated, intimidated and isolated from peers;
- do not pay due attention to the health and safety of the baby;
- ignored the needs of a small person;
- there is no way to freely express your feelings and thoughts;
- the inviolability of the child's personal belongings is not respected.

Children's rights should not only be known, but also be able to defend them. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully monitor the child's behavior in order to detect problems in his kindergarten life in time.
