Breathing technique. Stage 1. Exhale through the mouth

Step 2. Inhale through the nose and stomach

Attention! Do not arch your back or lift your chest up when inhaling, it should remain absolutely straight. Only your abdominal muscles are working. Make sure that your nostrils do not stick together when inhaling. Do not open your mouth under any circumstances when inhaling.

Stage 3. Exhale "Pah"

Your lips should literally stick together, and lookingin the mirror, you should not see them. This is a very important point for effective and correct exhalation. It is called "External resistance of the lips." If you do not close your lips, you will automatically start working your throat, and this is wrong. Your throat will start to burn, and you will cough. Therefore, just close your lips, tilt your head back slightly and exhale powerfully and forcefully, pronouncing a certain word "Pah." Attention! After you have done "Pah," do not try to quickly close your mouth. You should keep your mouth open as much as possible and wait for all the air to come out completely.
