Adolescence is considered the most difficultperiod in a person's life. Changing views on life, relationships with others. At some children at this time, aggression awakens, which they direct and against each other, and even adults. In recent years, psychologists are increasingly using the concept of "bowling" - in Russian it means baiting. But if earlier we talked about persecution, referring to the relationship of children, now it began to be exposed to those who are considered to be leaders and mentors of adolescents. We are talking about teachers. "Several years ago I had serious problems with finances," one of the teachers of the city of Omsk told wday.ru, whose name we do not publish the teacher's request. - I received only 10 thousand, which was enough only for food. My wardrobe left much to be desired, which, naturally, the children noticed. I emphasize that I am a primary school teacher, but even at a young age, students can be cruel. Especially I did not like one of the girls, whose parents were entrepreneurs. One day during the lesson, she pointedly rose from her seat, took out a five thousandth note and, looking at me, tore it into small parts. Today I remember that story with irony, but then I had a real shock!A photo: Getty Images A lot of such stories were learned by the students of the Laboratory of Educational Journalism of the Higher School of Economics, which, with the support of the Komsomolskaya Pravda website and the popular teacher's blog pedsovet.org. They became interested in the issue of teacher bullying and conducted a survey in which 2,800 educators from all regions of Russia agreed to participate. They were asked to answer the question, how often during their work they had to face bowling. And that's what they answered. It turns out that more than half of the teachers were persecuted at least once in their lives. And most often suffer from children's ridicule, rudeness and ignore those people whose abundance is lower. It turned out that schoolchildren can differently express their negative attitude, for example, to invent mocking nicknames, demonstratively to spoil discipline in the classroom, or even write letters to the teacher with threats. This problem can find serious proportions, if not take any measures, journalists consider. " After all, if we talk a lot about the need for psychological assistance to the victims of baiting the children, then what is worse for humiliated teachers?
