  • Remember - the design of the day is very important. In kindergarten, children live by the clock, they have a routine. Therefore, plan your day in advance according to a schedule similar to the kindergarten.
  • Leave sometimes the child with close people, for example, grandmothers, uncles or aunts. So the child will be easier to treat separation from the mother.
  • Walk on the playgrounds, where many children walk. Thanks to this kid learn to communicate and make friends with other children.
  • Teach your child to use the pot and clean up the toys. So he will not need to get used to it in the kindergarten.

In addition to these tips, you can take your child to a temporary stay group for children who are preparing for kindergarten. The adaptation process is faster in this case.

Day regimen in the manger

Children in kindergarten live according to a schedule. But the little ones still can't tell time and navigate it. But they quickly remember what and in what order they will do during the day. The schedule in the nursery is approximately as follows:

  • Until 8am children come to the kindergarten. Usually a clear time is set, after which they do not take to the kindergarten. Somewhere it's 7:30, and somewhere 7:15.
  • At 8 am they do exercises and have breakfast.
  • From 8:30 to 9:00 they play independently, after which the teacher conducts short developmental activities.
  • At 9:30 the children go for a walk. If the weather is bad, then the kids stay in the group.
  • From half-eleven to twelve they dine.
  • 12:00 - 15:00 - it's quiet time.
  • 15:30 – afternoon snack.
  • 15:30 - 16:30 - the guys have free time.
  • At 16:30, dinner begins.
  • And at 17:00 they again go for a walk, after which they are taken home by their parents.

Build your baby's routine at home in such a way thathe felt more comfortable in kindergarten. Preparing for kindergarten and following the routine at home makes the adaptation process easier. Try to be understanding with your son or daughter during this period and be sure to tell him when you will come. For example, say that you will pick him up after afternoon snack. Thanks to this, he will feel more comfortable and confident.
