  • 6.00 - breast milk - 200 ml.
  • 10.00 - porridge - 180 g; butter - 189 tsp; boiled yolk - 1 pc; fruit juice or puree - 30 g.
  • 14.00 - vegetable puree - 170 g; vegetable oil - 189 tsp; meat puree - 50 g; fruit juice - 50 ml.
  • 18.00 - cottage cheese - 40 g; fruit puree - 40 g; baby kefir - 40 ml.
  • 22.00 - breast milk - 200 ml.

If your baby is allergic to milk, it is necessaryreplace butter with vegetable oil, and make porridge without milk or with breast milk. It's time to introduce animal proteins into the menu for an 8-month-old baby. Low-fat dietary meat, alternating with sea fish, will fit perfectly into the baby's diet.
