The first thing Marika decided to do was to get rid of her chocolate addiction. She stopped eating sweets, replacing them with unsweetened products with cocoa flavor. And even this simple measure helped her lose three kilograms in a week. Then sports appeared in her life. Every day, Marika trained for 30 minutes.
