  • from 4 months to half a year - 1/7 of the child's weight;
  • from 6 months to 1 year - 1/8 of weight.

  • do not start feeding in the period of teething or immediately after vaccination;
  • one new product at a time;
  • start with apple juice - it does not cause allergies;
  • increase the amount of food gradually;
  • for breakfast and dinner, feed the mixture;
  • water, let's just boiled.

Introduce a new ingredient only whenthe baby's stomach will get used to the previous one. The scheme is simple - start feeding with vegetable puree - the baby will not have problems with the intestines, the weight will normalize. First, prepare it from 1 ingredient - zucchini or cauliflower. If the child refuses to eat it, after a few days offer him puree from other products - potatoes, broccoli. Give 1 teaspoon, gradually increasing the dose. If there is no negative reaction, introduce new vegetables - carrots, pumpkin. After vegetables, introduce porridge - this is the next stage of feeding. Prepare them on the main mixture that the child ate. Cook the first porridge from buckwheat. The dose is the same - 1 teaspoon. After a week, try other types of porridge. The next step is juices and puree from the store. Then comes meat (beef, rabbit, chicken), lean fish, yolk.
