As soon as I heard the happy news aboutpregnancy, I immediately had a lot of questions: how to behave correctly? Can I swim in the pool and do yoga? Will an active lifestyle harm the baby? My doctor reassured me, explaining that expecting a child is not a disease, but a special condition of a woman, which can also be very pleasant. If there are no health problems, you can and should continue the same lifestyle as before conception. Until the maternity leave, I was filming live on Channel One, taking interviews, going to movie premieres, concerts. From the first days of pregnancy, I listened to classical music - at home, in the car, at the conservatory. I am sure that such music lessons did not go unnoticed. I spent the last months of pregnancy at the sea. The sun, fresh air, an abundance of fruits - all this charged me with health and a good mood. But wherever the expectant mother is, whatever she does, the main thing is a sincere desire to bear and give birth to a healthy child. With this attitude, all the changes that occur with the body will be a joy, reminding you that the long-awaited moment is getting closer.

2. Forms after childbirth

The issue of physical fitness has always worried womenduring pregnancy. I was no exception – by the end of the term I had gained 25 kilograms… The doctors convinced me that I needed this weight. But I was determined: after giving birth I would return to my previous shape. Of course, I had to work hard. I went swimming, went to the gym and had massage treatments, went to thermal springs. In the great love that you gain with the birth of a small creature. The ability to plan your time is also important. I lived according to my daughter's routine. She fell asleep - I lay down next to her, because even half an hour of sleep can relieve fatigue. A backpack for carrying the child also helped: you could go to the store with it, cook food. As a TV presenter, I always need to look good, in the first months after giving birth, I invited a hairdresser and a nail technician to my home, and while the baby was sleeping, we quickly put on beauty.
