What is the difference between giving birth to a woman who has given birth? That's right, the shape of the breast. Even if the stretch marks were bypassed, you took off 20 kilos and pumped the press into cubes, it is considered something of fiction to keep the original bust shape. No wonder the favorite patients of plastic surgeons are young mothers. But not everything is so hopeless! Breastfeeding counselor Daria Degtyareva, who maintains a blog on Instagram called @vopros_gv, believes that a newly pregnant baby can keep her breast shape in almost the same form as mother nature presented her.Photo: Getty Images
Big loss
«В юности был шикарный третий размер, – пишет Yulia on the mothers' forum. - When I got pregnant, gave birth, my bust increased to a five. I breastfed for two years, and after lactation ended, sadness and melancholy set in. Now I have two deflated balloons of the second size..." A painfully familiar situation. During pregnancy, the breasts grow beautifully, you want to wear a low-cut dress and believe that it will always be like this. But after breastfeeding the baby, you understand: no way! Why such injustice? Daria Degtyareva, breastfeeding consultant, popular blogger and mother of two children:- A woman’s breasts consist mainly of fat andglandular tissue. Fat is responsible for its volume, and glandular - for the production of milk. From about the 10th week of pregnancy, under the action of hormones, the glandular tissue begins to expand, displacing fatty tissue. With the birth of the baby, milk comes, and in the first month it is very important to arrange breastfeeding - not only for the health of the baby, but also for the beauty of her own bust. If you abruptly abandon this process, the glandular tissue will go away, and fatty tissue will not have time to accumulate and fill the breast. And instead of the former beautiful bust, you risk getting the notorious "two blown-off balls."Photo: Getty Images
Feed for a long time
It is believed that sagging can be prevented byif you stop breastfeeding immediately after giving birth. So, in Soviet times, women tied their mammary glands with tight bandages, today new mothers take pills to stop lactation. But this does not help everyone. What's the catch? Breasts begin to change not after childbirth, as is commonly believed, but already during pregnancy. Therefore, there is only one way out - to feed! And when you decide to end this process, wean the child not abruptly, but smoothly. Daria Degtyareva, breastfeeding consultant, popular blogger and mother of two children:- Lactation must be negated slowly, smoothly.reducing the frequency and duration of feedings. In this case, the reverse process of replacing the glandular tissue with fatty proceeds correctly. Cherished fat accumulates gradually, taking its rightful place in the depths of the breast. Stretched skin also comes in shape without undue stress. Even if the former volume leaves you, the losses will be small.Photo: Getty Images
Watch for weight
There is a stereotype that a pregnant woman shouldeat for two. Following it, expectant mothers go to all lengths: today she ate a cake, tomorrow - half a kilo of bologna. And by the end of the term, the scales show 30 extra kilos. And then childbirth, sleepless nights, the weight is rapidly disappearing, and with it the breasts. The question is: what will it turn into by the end of breastfeeding? That's right, into little spaniel ears with a bunch of stretch marks! The stomach and hips will also suffer, because in such a situation the skin screams SOS. Hence the conclusion: if you want a beautiful body - keep your mouth shut. Daria Degtyareva, breastfeeding consultant, popular blogger and mother of two children:- Extreme weight jumps - a fierce enemy of beautifulchest Lose weight slowly, because in order for the fatty tissue to return to the chest, there must be reserves of this very fat in the woman's body. Eat right, move more and breastfeed. With a large breast size, I advise you to constantly wear supportive underwear, occasionally arranging air baths on your skin. Make sure the bra straps are adjusted to fit. And, of course, it is very important in the feeding process to choose a comfortable position for the mother and baby, ensuring the correct attachment.
Proper underwear is half the success
During pregnancy you will need:— a special maternity bra made of breathable fabric, — an elastic top for sleeping; — if you play sports, buy a bra one size larger - nothing should squeeze your chest; — if you swim in the pool, make sure that the top of your swimsuit is not small, otherwise buy a new one; What to buy after giving birth: — seamless breathable bras for nursing mothers - for going out; — for home - comfortable clothes for feeding (T-shirts, tops and nightgowns that support the chest without squeezing).
How to properly attach the baby to the chest
During feeding, in any position, the baby shouldlie with your tummy towards your mother, pressing tightly to your breast, without pulling it away. Bring the baby towards you, not yourself towards him. Straighten your shoulders and support yourself with pillows if this is more comfortable for you. If your breasts are very large, support them with your hand and always feed in special supportive underwear. Between feedings, the breasts should not be too full. If this happens, carefully express the excess milk, but not completely, but until you feel relief. Avoid traumatic, painful expression. If you can’t do it with your hands, use a breast pump.
