Basic rules of gymnastics for children aged 6

Then take a break of 30 seconds and start the next series.

Sample exercises for morning exercises

  • make circular movements of the head, bending to the right and left, up and down;
  • squat at a fast pace.

Block #4:

  • wring out from the floor with arms wide apart;
  • raise your arms above your head, lower them abruptly and relax your hands;
  • alternately jump on the right and left foot.

Block #5:

  • get on all fours and bend your back up;
  • get on all fours and alternately lift your legs up;
  • lie on your back and alternately lift your legs up;
  • lie on your back and make a "bicycle" movement with your legs;
  • lie on your stomach and at the same time lift straight arms and legs off the floor.

After doing the exercises, the child should take a warm shower and rub himself with a towel. Show your child this set of exercises, and he will be energized for the whole day.
