No matter how smart and strong neither the son nor the daughter, in order to avoid injuries, they should engage in the presence of adults on the Swedish wall. "Sport forms a culture of optimism, a culture of vivacity." Lunacharsky. The second thing to consider: a set of exercises should match the age of the baby. That which is suitable for a 3-year-old may adversely affect the health of a 10-month period.
What exercises can be done depending on the age
You can start exercising on the simulator from 10 months. The baby needs:
- parental insurance;
- mat at the base of the simulator;
- height not exceeding 1.2 m;
- the interval between the steps is not more than 20 cm;
- diameter of crossbeams up to 3 cm.
Up to 1.5 years, exercises should beintroductory. The baby should learn to grab the bars, support his weight, reach the crossbars and stand on his feet with their help. This is enough for a start. At 1.5 years, active exploration of the surrounding world begins. It's time to teach the baby to be organized. Exercises should take 15-20 minutes and be done daily at the same time. With the help of the Swedish wall, you can do the following exercises:
- vis on his hands,
- bridge,
- climbing the stairs,
- squatting on the ladder.
All this develops agility, flexibility and actionpreventively, protecting the baby from flat feet and other deviations. By the age of 3, the set of exercises should be complicated. Kids already spend a lot of time in sedentary activities. Now sports will help them form the correct posture. It is recommended to do:
- pull-ups,
- springy tilts on one leg,
- mahi feet in a hanging position,
- leg lifts at a right angle, etc.
By the age of 3, the child should be accustomed to sports,show initiative and understand how important it is to set aside time for physical exercise every day. With the help of a Swedish wall, you can prepare your child for more complex physical activities that await him in the future, and not only at school.
