Duties of the guardian in the upbringing of a minor child

- Take care of the child's upbringing, provide him with clothes, food and other things necessary for life.
- To provide the pupil with care and timely treatment.
- Provide a student with a basic education.
- Give him the opportunity to communicate with relatives, provide such communication.
- Represent the rights and interests of his small pupil to society and the state.
- Take care that the pupil receives all the payments due to him.
- Take care of the property of the ward, but do not dispose of it at your own discretion.
- Ensure that the wards receive all necessary payments for harm caused to him or his health.
The trustee may be released fromthe listed obligations only for three reasons: he returned the ward to his parents, placed him in an educational institution under the guardianship of the state, filed a corresponding petition. In the latter case, the petition must be supported by a significant reason, such as a serious illness or poor financial situation.
What is prohibited for a trustee?
First of all, the guardian is prohibited from refusing to fulfill his direct obligations. In addition, he and his close blood and non-blood relatives do not have the right to:
- To make transactions with the ward, except for registration on the graduate gift;
- to represent the pupil in court;
- receive loans in the name of the pupil;
- transfer property on behalf of the pupil on any grounds;
- to assign the personal property and money of the pupil, including his pension or alimony.
Please note that the guardian is responsible.for all transactions that were made on behalf of his ward. Also, the guardian will be liable before the law if his ward or the ward's property is damaged. Make sure to fulfill your duties so that there are no problems with the law. Remember, all the effort spent is worth the happy eyes of the child you are raising.
