Dmitry answered these and other questions in an exclusive interview with Grazia.Photo: graziamagazine.ruAbout fatherhoodShepelev admitted that he was surprised at how fatherhood had changed him and his whole life, “turning everything upside down.” Especially in connection with all the events that had happened. At the same time, he feels happy, even if he no longer belongs to himself. But the TV presenter began to appreciate those minutes that he manages to spend alone with himself. According to him, life has become more intense, but brighter. Dmitry is full of strength, hopes and plans for life.About the daily routinePapa Shepelev wakes up at six in the morning to check his mail and work a little, after which he wakes up Platon and feeds him breakfast. During the day, the nanny takes the boy to a sports section or to school, and dad leaves on business. Again, the son and father see each other only in the evening. Then dad plays with Platon, brushes his teeth and reads books before bed. After that, Dmitry devotes some time to work. But the weekends are less standard. The TV presenter admits that Saturday and Sunday can be either calm and lazy, or very eventful and busy. For example, it happens that in one day he manages to “do a million things: have breakfast at home, go to a gymnastics class, ride scooters, watch a circus performance, have dinner at our favorite cafe, go to the conservatory and just walk around old Moscow before bed.” Only sometimes he has to ask his parents or one of his close friends to babysit his son, because dad has things to do. About his favorite places in Moscow Several times a week Dmitry and Platon go for a walk. One of his favorite places is the park on Krasnaya Presnya, because it reminds the TV presenter of New York, and for his son it is a place where he likes to cut around on a children's ATV. Of the establishments, dad and son especially like to visit “Kofemaniya” on Kudrinskaya Square. Moreover, there is the P.I. Tchaikovsky, where they give good daytime musical performances for children during the day.Photo:@dmitryshepelevAbout book and musical hobbiesShepelev says that his son likes music with a lot of "boom-boom-boom." For example, Bruno Mars or Pharrell Williams. Which cannot be said about artists like Kanye West or Drake - Platon can't stand them. Dad also tries to instill in his son a love of classical music, sometimes unobtrusively and quietly turning on Liszt, Tchaikovsky, Chopin or Rachmaninoff in the evenings. Dmitry is convinced that parental example is important in raising and instilling the right qualities in a child. If a son sees that his dad not only reads a book to him, but also likes to spend an evening reading, then the habit of reading will certainly appear. Even now, Platon loves books, which the TV presenter is very happy about.About the main human qualitiesSpeaking about what qualities a dad wants to see in his son, Shepelev names kindness, prudence, politeness, calmness, generosity, generosity, ease and humor. He set some restrictions for those around him: you can't raise your voice at Platon, or swear or baby talk in front of him. About what spoils a childDmitry is sure that only the lack of love and the inability to love can spoil a person, but otherwise you never know how things will turn out and what will happen. The TV presenter gives the example of Zhanna, who spent a lot of time in a full-day kindergarten as a child, when her parents took her home only on weekends. However, even in such a situation and atmosphere, a wonderful person with remarkable qualities grew up.
