• Multiply the resulting amount by the number of days your child spent in the kindergarten. Do not count those days when he was sick or missing, they are not paid if you provide a certificate.
• Calculate from this amount 20, 50 or 70 percent.

This way you will know the amount you should receive as compensation. For example, parental payment for a month is 1800 rubles. There were 20 working days in the month.

• Divide 1800 by 20 and get 90. So much is one day in the garden.
• Further multiplied by the actual number of days when the child was in the kindergarten. Multiply by 15 and get 1350.
• From the received sum we will calculate 20% and we will receive 270 rubles.

Required documents

In order to write an application for receiving payments, you will need the following documents:

• The application of the parent who contributes a monthly payment for the kindergarten.
• Photocopy of the passport.
• The birth certificate of the child. If there are several of them, then you need a certificate on the composition of the family.
• Requisites of the card or account to which you will be transferred money.

You can give this application to the kindergarten accounting department or the director. Make sure that the date of your application is recorded in a special journal.

Payment procedure

After submitting documents, the kindergarten must carry out the following actions:

• When you gave the papers, they must be assured;
• Then the kindergarten forms a list of all those who submitted such a statement;
• After that, the list is transferred to the appropriate authorities;
• When the lists are transferred to these bodies, you will be charged;
• Every quarter, you need to re-apply for compensation.
