  • If only one child goes to the kindergarten, the compensation amount is 20%.
  • If two, then 50%.
  • If three, then 70%.

To receive a 70% refund it is important that:so that the children are minors or study at a university full-time. If you have two children, but only one of them attends kindergarten, the payment amount will be 20%, it will increase to 50% only when you send the second child to kindergarten. Moreover, the amount of compensation will be deducted from the parental payment for the second child. Low-income families may also be entitled to additional payments.

How compensation is calculated

The final amount of compensation depends on how much parents pay for kindergarten. To calculate this amount, do the following:

  • Look at how much you pay for the garden every month.
  • Divide this amount by the number of working days in a certain month. Thus, you will receive the price of one day spent by the child in the kindergarten.
  • Multiply the resulting amount by the number of days your child spent in the kindergarten. Do not count those days when he was sick or missing, they are not paid if you provide a certificate.
  • Calculate from this amount 20, 50 or 70 percent.

This way you will know the amount you should receive as compensation. For example, parental payment for a month is 1800 rubles. There were 20 working days in the month.

  • Divide 1800 by 20 and get 90. So much is one day in the garden.
  • Further multiplied by the actual number of days when the child was in the kindergarten. Multiply by 15 and get 1350.
  • From the received sum we will calculate 20% and we will receive 270 rubles.

This is the amount of the payment you will receive.

Required documents

In order to write an application for receiving payments, you will need the following documents:

  • The application of the parent who contributes a monthly payment for the kindergarten.
  • Photocopy of the passport.
  • The birth certificate of the child. If there are several of them, then you need a certificate on the composition of the family.

You can give this application to the kindergarten accounting department or the director. Make sure that the date of your application is recorded in a special journal.

Payment procedure

After submitting documents, the kindergarten must carry out the following actions:

  • When you gave the papers, they must be assured;
  • Then the kindergarten forms a list of all those who submitted such a statement;
  • After that, the list is transferred to the appropriate authorities;
  • When the lists are transferred to these bodies, you will be charged;
  • Every quarter, you need to re-apply for compensation.

Don't forget to reapply every three months, because the kindergarten may not tell you about it.payCompensation for a kindergarten for the first childis 20%, for the second 50%, for the third 70%. If your older children have reached the age of 18, but are studying at the university, and the third child is in your kindergarten, the older child can take a certificate from the school so that compensation is 70%. Know your rights and use it. Do not forget to write a statement every three months. If the payments suddenly stop, then go to the director and find out what's wrong.
