The father must obtain a certificate from the management that this benefit was not issued to him. There are different options for obtaining a certificate:
- Both parents work, then one of them receives a certificate of employment.
- One parent, for example, Mom, does not have a job, then the application for benefits is given by the Pope. Mom, in this case, takes a certificate of non-receipt of benefits in social protection agencies in the place of residence.
- Both parents study or are unemployed. The Pope takes a certificate in the social security authorities, after which the mother submits the entire set of documents for the benefit, to the social protection authorities.
