Ellina Ruban, 37 years old

My family:"My family is my source of inspiration, my driving force and my new strength. Our family was born a long time ago - 13 years ago. And it was strengthened by the birth of our daughter Polina. This is my main achievement as a mother. Everything my daughter has achieved at the age of 10 is the result of our joint work. Polina is a prize winner and first place winner in beauty contests in Samara and Moscow. She takes part in international vocal competitions, keeps a video blog about her life. This little person is an example for me and my main achievement." Family hobbies and interests: "Our whole family loves to ski, snowboard, roller skate, and ice skate. Our common hobby and my profession now is gastronomy. Everyone in our family loves to cook, and it all started with my husband." My success story: "My passion for cooking began with the birth of our family. My grandmother always taught me, and I adopted a lot from her. We prepared theme parties with the whole family and invited people over. We cooked together and then ate. That's how my culinary courses were born. In 2009, we were still working in kitchens, which naturally implies holding such events. At first, the courses were taught by chefs from different countries, then I went to study in Italy and traveled a lot. In each country, I learned and asked about recipes, cooking secrets that high-class chefs boldly shared. That's how my own recipes were born, which I wanted to share with other people. My husband came up with the idea of a culinary school. For which I am grateful to him. And he was actually the driving force in creating it. He supported and helped. I developed. I was the first in Samara. And it was very difficult. To change people's mentality. To try to explain that gastronomy is an art and that one should and must know how to cook deliciously. Now my culinary space has become not only a place of study, but also a place for people to spend their leisure time. Guests come, celebrate their holidays, birthdays, hold teambuilding events. Food has become a unifying force among people, or rather its preparation. Then we discuss it amicably and cheerfully. It is especially joyful that children are no exception to the rule, they are drawn to new and complex things. I also conduct master classes for children. Basically, children celebrate their birthdays with us. Parents are happy and children are satisfied. The main thing for me, as a professional master, is the attitude of the guests, their gratitude and happy, satisfied faces. This makes me happy."
