- He becomes disciplined and patient, learns to set goals and achieve them.
- The child acquires self-confidence and communicates with other equally self-confident babies.
- The little boxer learns not to drop his hands in difficult situations, to make emergency decisions, not to succumb to despair.
Parents notice that children who are engaged inboxing, they start to study better at school. The main negative side of boxing is, of course, injuries. The child cannot avoid bruises and abrasions. Sometimes there are also dislocations, broken fingers, cut eyebrows, etc. Early and illiterate training without general physical training can lead to poor posture, since in this case the muscles develop unevenly. Frequent blows to the head can lead to the fact that the child will sometimes experience headaches and tinnitus. It is important to find a good trainer for the baby, who will not only develop the child physically, but also explain that it is not worthwhile to simply apply the acquired skills outside of a sports school. Otherwise, the child will constantly get into fights, feeling his strength and physical superiority over his peers.
From how many years can I study
You can start studying from the age of four. Choose a group by age:
- 4-6 years old - general physical training with elements of boxing and kickboxing;
- 7-10 - general physical training, deeper study of the basics and techniques of boxing;
- 11-12 - junior group;
- 13-14 - middle group;
- 15-17 - senior group.
If you are taking your child to their first training session,Prepare shorts, a T-shirt and soft-soled shoes for him. When you understand that the child likes it and wants to continue practicing, you can buy him a special boxing uniform and gloves. It is not necessary to make a world champion out of your child, you can send him to boxing classes simply for general physical development. If the child shows interest in this sport, do not refuse him.
