In preparation for school. This regional payout is for school supplies.
Compensation payment. It serves to compensate for the cost of food, accommodation, training.

Maternity capital per child

After the birth of the second and subsequent babiesthe mother or father is issued a certificate for 453 thousand rubles. This money can be used to purchase housing, get an education, or will be included in the mother's funded pension. The certificate is issued only once per family. In the subjects of the Federation, upon the birth of a third child, regional maternity capital is provided, the amount of which is determined by local laws.
