Who can take the child from the garden
Although the legislation says so, butvague, so often kindergartens try to protect themselves, and parents must sign a contract for the provision of kindergarten services. It may also specify which persons can pick up the child.There is a certain circle of people who can pick up a child from kindergarten. Usually these are parents or a trusted person. - Parents or legal representatives of the child;
- A parent can write a statement that can indicate people who can also do it;
- Brothers and sisters who have reached adulthood.
Sometimes the kindergarten makes concessions.Sometimes there are careless educators who do their job poorly and give children to anyone. But if the inspection reveals such a fact, the director of the institution will have to pay a fine. Also, the director can be fired or deprived of freedom if the child is harmed.
How to create a power of attorney
A parent can draw up a document in whichindicates the persons who have the right to pick up the child. There is no clear form for the application, so this can often cause problems. There can also be problems with notarizing the power of attorney, since such a document is not included in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The easiest way is to immediately indicate in the contract for the provision of services who can pick up the child when he or she enters the kindergarten. This way you will avoid possible problems.
What to do if there is nobody to take
If the kindergarten has strict rules and you cannot pick up your child on time, you can try the following steps:
- Organize a general garden meeting inwhich raise this issue. Probably, there are also parents who also work late. Discuss this with the manager. Perhaps she will agree to open a group for such children, who will work longer than others.
- Hire a nanny who will pick up the baby from the kindergarten. You can also talk with the teacher so that she does this for an additional fee, but the probability that she will agree is small.
- Change the garden.
But still, educators often make concessions andallow other people to pick up children if the parent warns about it in advance. Although by law only certain people can pick up a child, in practice the kindergarten often goes to meet them halfway. In such cases, the child can be picked up by relatives: grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers or sisters.
