Improving the efficiency of the power grid complex is the main task
Yaroslavl energy experts celebrate professionalcelebration. On December 22, in the branch of IDGC of Center - Yarenergo PJSC, a solemn meeting will be held dedicated to the Day of Power Engineer. The employees who best showed themselves during the outgoing year will be marked by governor’s and ministerial diplomas, insignia and commendations of the company. For many years of work, professionalism and business skills, more than 100 power engineers will receive awards. In addition, photographs of 16 employees who have particularly distinguished themselves in 2016 will over the next year decorate the Yarenergo Walk of Fame - the Pride of the Company, located along Voinov Street in Yaroslavl. All awards testify to high professionalism, responsibility and a worthy contribution to the region’s energy sector. Alexander Kornilov, Director of the branch of IDGC of Center - Yarenergo, addresses the colleagues and veterans of the industry with congratulatory words: “The Energy Day unites a large number of specialists from various fields and areas whose hard work is one thing - to ensure the functioning of the industrial sector and the social sphere , create a comfortable environment for residents. On the eve of the professional holiday I want to congratulate all the colleagues of the power industry, wish you good health, happiness, professional success and good luck in the matter of reliable energy supply and the development of energy-efficient technologies! ” The tasks of increasing the efficiency of the electric grid complex, reliable and uninterrupted power supply without additional load on consumers are priorities for Yarenergo. “In the past year, we managed to achieve a lot. The implementation of the joint project of PJSC ROSSETI and the Russian Direct Investment Fund for the construction of “smart grids”, including the installation of 120,000 metering devices with the function of remote data transmission on Yarenergo electric grids in 11 municipal districts of the region, continued successfully. This year more than 22 thousand metering devices were installed, - noted Alexander Kornilov. - To ensure sustainable power supply of the region, we reconstructed two significant substations - Glebovo and Mashpribor; upgraded a number of power facilities responsible for the regional power supply; put into operation more than 700 km of new power grids, as well as substations of the main network and transformer stations substations for 130 MVA. The largest objects of the repair program in 2016 were the 110/6 kV PS Kinoplenka, which provides electricity to consumers in Pereslavl and Pereslavsky District. 35/10 kV Borok substation, 35/10 kV Demino substation and 110/10 kV substation TRK, outdoor switchgear 35 kV Lyutovo-traction substation. The substations provide electricity to consumers of the Nekouzsky (administrative center of the Vereteysky rural settlement, scientific center of the Russian Academy of Sciences Institute of Biology of Inland Waters named after ID Papanin, Geophysical Observatory Borok), Rybinsky districts, Yaroslavsky district (including TRC Vernissage) , part of the Northern Railway Railways. Another important point in the implementation of sustainable power supply in the region is the permanent work of the branch of IDGC of Center, PJSC - Yarenergo on the modernization of the power grid complex. As part of this program, in 2016, the 35/10kV Mashpribor substation was completed with the installation of two innovative switching devices — 35kV vacuum reclosers, motor-drive disconnectors for a total of 30.342 million rubles. A project on the retrofit of 6–10 kV cells with the replacement of relay protection and automation devices in the distribution zone I category “Yargorelectroset” in the amount of 105 million rubles was implemented. Thanks to the successful implementation of all production programs, the branch managed to achieve a significant reduction in accident rates in distribution networks. As part of the technological connection in the outgoing year, a plant for the production of sanitary paper in the village of Semibrato of the Rostovsky district of the Yaroslavl region of Syktyvkar Tissue Group OJSC was provided with electricity from a number of large enterprises. Within the framework of the execution of this technological connection agreement, electric grids and transformer substations of 10 / 0.4 kV were connected to the networks of IDGC of Center - Yarenergo branch to provide power supply for the enterprise. The maximum capacity of the enterprise was 8 MW. In addition, the Yaroslavl branch of IDGC of Center implemented a set of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the power grid complex during natural weather events. They relate to the work of the headquarters for reliable energy supply; interactions with administrations of rural settlements, meteorological services and forest areas; attracting dispatchers and additional labor; updating the list of socially significant objects; consumer alerts and a number of other areas of work.
