Much more will have to be paid for an exotic home design, the Infomania program found out. People are increasingly paying no less attention to purely aesthetic solutions for their homes. The most notable objects are the basket house, which is located in the American city of Newark, or, for example, the Czech “dancing” house. True, these are office buildings. Entertainment venues are not far behind. So, in Poland there is a "curved" house, which was built in 2003 based on the sketches of a famous Polish children's artist named Jan Marcin Szenser and is part of a shopping and service center. Inside there are many cafes and bars. But perhaps the most outstanding structure in this series can be called the South Korean toilet house, which costs one and a half million dollars. It would look great in his garage. It was made by the architect Sim Jae-Duk in the South Korean city of Suwon, where he was once the mayor. The two-story building with an area of more than 400 m2 is made of steel, white concrete and glass and looks like a toilet. The architect plans to live in this house with his family, and rent out the extra rooms to tenants. At the same time, for one night in the toilet-house, lovers of architectural exoticism will have to pay as much as $50 thousand. The fee for each subsequent day in the unusual boarding house will be reduced. Those who want to simply inspect the building will have to pay about a dollar. This money will go to the construction of toilets in various countries of the world. A worthy place in this row will be occupied by a network of floating hotels, which will appear in the near future in Russia.
