Dukan's bread

You will need: 2 tbsp. oat bran, 1 tbsp.wheat bran, ½ packet of baking powder, 1 tbsp. liquid cottage cheese (0% fat) and 1 egg. Cooking: Mix the bran and grind it into flour, add baking powder, cottage cheese and egg. Mix thoroughly again. Pour the dough into a rectangular form, such as a food container, and put it in the microwave. Bake for 4 minutes at 750 W. Then remove the form, cool and cut the bread into slices.
