1. Refreshing shower

Care for indoor plantsCaring for houseplantsFor a long winterplants in pots are covered with a thick layer of dust (even if you regularly spray them). And dust clogs the "stomata" on the leaves, disrupting the normal "breath" of your flowers. As a result, the plant not only grows dull, but may even begin to shed its leaves. To prevent this from happening, we wipe the leaves with a damp cloth, but rather we arrange for them a refreshing shower. Put the pots in the bath, turn on the water at room temperature and adjust the shower shower jet so that its pressure does not break the fragile shoots and twigs. After that, irrigate the plants with water. For greater effect, we wash the leaves with ordinary soap, lightly with three hands and rinse. We give water to drain into the pan and put the cheerful green creature back on the window sill. It is not worth washing the plants with fluffy, velvety-like leaves, like geraniums. They are not recommended to spray. Such flowers do not tolerate high humidity - water treatments can lead to leaf rot.
