It took Yolita Vaitkute a full 50 hours toto present her "bread" masterpiece at the opening of a new bakery. The artist first carefully applied the sketch to the dried toasts, and then assembled the painting.

After all, coming up with an idea is much easier than embodying it. Yolite even had to resort to the help of a few assistants, and when transporting the painting, he made sure that all the pieces remained in place. But even despite the fact that during the transportation the artist restored her canvas for three times, the “bread” landscape of Vilnius nevertheless occupied its place of honor and even managed to serve as a backdrop for the speech of Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite.
