The business program of the event promises to be the most eventful in the history of the Forum and to cover the most pressing issues facing not only the professional community, but also all residents of Voronezh. The Public Council for Architecture and Urban Development of the Voronezh Region will hold a conference entitled "Import Substitution in the Construction Industry. Cases of Successful Cooperation between Manufacturers and Developers", as well as a round table entitled "Cottage Villages VS Low-Rise Complex Development". The Analytical Consulting Group will organize round tables on the topics of "Investment Assessment and Financial Consulting" and "Cluster Division and Price Zoning of the Territory of the City of Voronezh". The Voronezh Regional Educational Public Organization "Our Region" and the Center for Applied Urbanism are organizing an interesting section "City of the Future: Smart City or Dystopia". The participants of the exhibition will not remain aloof from the seminars, round tables and master classes - the latest products from various areas of construction will be presented to Voronezh residents, and the outdoor exhibition-demonstration "Construction Equipment" is planned for the first time on an area exceeding 1000 square meters. Among the central events within the program of events, the All-City Competition among designers and architects "Interior Design of Living Space" and the competition "Landscape Design and Country House" are also announced. Prize draws, free consultations with specialists, master classes from representatives of famous brands and much more will be held for all visitors to the exhibition. By the way, in 2017, more than 200 companies from different cities of Russia - Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Belgorod, Lipetsk, Bryansk, Vladimir, Yekaterinburg, Kaluga, Orel, Ryazan, Samara, Tambov, Voronezh, and the total exhibition exposition occupied over 8 thousand square meters.
