Homemade lamp is adjustable and can illuminate the surface of the table in the right place.

The wire blanks are attached to a bracket taken from a mirror. This creates the frame of the future lampshade.
A circle of such a diameter is cut out of the mesh to perfectly cover the metal frame.
The metal frame is covered with a mesh circle. If necessary, the edges are leveled.

The edges of the mesh are wrapped around the bottom edge of the frame with thin wire, as if sewing it on. Instead of wire, you can use a thread and a needle.
The electrical wire is passed through the mesh as close as possible to the mounting hole so that the light bulb hangs in the center.
Tools and materials that will be needed for the manufacture of the lamp.

The ends of the wires are secured in the holes of the socket and snapped into place (this is a "clip-on" fastener). If the socket is an old model, the wires will have to be secured with a screwdriver.
The cartridge is fixed on a wire arc in the center of the mesh dome. The ends of the wire arc are attached to the holes in the ends of the bracket.
The feathers are coated with glue and inserted one by one into the mesh cells, starting from the bottom rows. The bracket is screwed on.

To make sure that the electrical wire does not stand out against the background of the metal reinforcement, it is covered with silver paint.
The wire is passed through the holes in the bracket so that it does not get in the way and does not spoil the overall appearance.
Screw the light bulb. The lamp is ready!
