Cookies "To the Red Sun - Glory!"

“I love making these cookies even outside of Lent– They are light, filling, aromatic and bright, reminiscent of the sun, – shared Natalia Tolstaya. – Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater, add a drop of sugar substitute to taste, a little water and baking powder. Mix and pour in the bran, and along with it the grated lemon zest and vanillin. Beat again, preferably with a mixer. Grease the mold with a minimum amount of oil, spoon the dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. I serve them with honey or jam. And if you are on a diet, a grated apple will look great next to it. Enjoy your meal!

It will take:

½ medium pumpkin (the size of a plate), a handfuloat or wheat bran (so that the consistency is like thick sour cream), ¼ cup water, baking powder, lemon zest, honey, jam, vanilla to taste, sugar substitute, vegetable oil.
