- Cabbage - 1 kg
- Onion - 3 heads
- Garlic - 1 head
- Chili pepper (red) - 1 pod
- Chili pepper (green) - 1 pod
- Salt - 3 tablespoons
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
Game planFirst half.We chop the cabbage into fairly large strips. Then we add salt, crush it a little with our fingers. And leave it in a dark, cool place for a couple of hours so that it is salted better. Break. We cut the onion (into rings). Cry... Second half. Finely chop the garlic, both peppers, mix everything with the onion and cabbage. Pour in soy sauce. Add a spoonful of vinegar. Cover with a lid - and again in a dark, cool place. Result In two days the cabbage will be ready.
