Beetroot salad with garlic

Photo:social networksFor a light and healthy breakfast, we will need one boiled beetroot, two cloves of garlic, three or four walnuts (can be replaced with other nuts), a small handful of raisins (if you don’t have any on hand, pitted prunes will do well) and vegetable oil to taste. Now we proceed to the final part: preparing breakfast. Grate the beets on a coarse grater, then add finely chopped pieces of garlic. Scald (heartily!) the raisins or prunes. Then don’t forget to chop them into pieces. Now all that’s left is to add the chopped nuts, vegetable oil – and mix well. Put the resulting breakfast in a beautiful mound in a salad bowl. Throw some greens on top (parsley is best). You can safely serve it: the breakfast turned out to be unusually tasty and satisfying. Essence
