We will need:

For the dough:

  • 200 g of butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 glass of sugar + vanillin
  • 200 g sour cream
  • Soda + vinegar

Sprinkling:

  • 100 g of butter + 100 g of flour - grind to crumble.

Cooking process:

  • Rub the butter with sugar.
  • Add sour cream, flour, soda, slaked in vinegar or lemon juice. Knead the dough (it is more convenient to do this by hand, since the dough turns out quite stiff).
  • Grease the baking tray (form) with oil and sprinkle withflour, lay out the dough, make small sides, spread the jam over the entire surface - sprinkle with topping (for lemons - first sugar, then - topping!).
  • Preheat the oven. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown – about 40 minutes.
  • Cut hot into square pieces and place on a plate.
  • Fill:

    Option 1: Any sour jam – for example, black or red currant (of course, berries ground with sugar are better) – half a jar (about 300 g).2nd option: 2 lemon grind in a blender (this is done at the last moment - after the dough is already leveled!), Evenly fill 2 glasses of sugar.
