As activists of the Moscow Council say, "representatives of United Russia intend to push the illegal General Plan through the Moscow City Duma, so we are forced to go to the protest." It was not possible to coordinate the picket with the Prefecture of the Central Administrative District of Moscow, so the action will be held in the form of a flash mob. The participants of the flash mob will demand that the Moscow City Duma deputies not accept the scandalous draft General Plan in the third reading, but send this document for revision and new public hearings. Representatives of the Moscow City Council believe that at present the General Plan of Moscow is , and contradicts the interests of the capital's residents. If this project is approved, the process of destruction of the city will continue. The Moscow City Council notes that a large number of comments from city residents, sent as part of public hearings on the draft General Plan and Land Use and Development Regulations, were ignored.
