Lettuce leaf tubes with vitamin filling by Victoria Daineko
Diet for slimming
- 3–4 leaves of green salad
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g peeled walnuts
- a sprig of rosemary and marjoram (they can be replaced with sprigs of parsley and pepper)
- a pinch of cinnamon.
Rinse and dry the marjoram on a towel.rosemary, finely chop and mash with garlic. Peel and grate carrots on a fine grater. Mix cottage cheese with nuts, mashed herbs, carrots and mince. Add cinnamon to the resulting curd mass, mix. Put 1-2 tbsp of curd paste on washed lettuce leaves and roll into a tube. Place the tubes with filling on a plate, if desired, decorate with chopped herbs.
