Borsch with meatballs and dumplings

- 3 liters of beef broth
- 2 medium beets
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- half red sweet pepper
- 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- a quarter of a small fork of cabbage
- 1 tbsp. l. wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- greens of dill and parsley
- sour cream
Meatballs:
- 500 g of chicken ground meat
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. l. a mixture of dried carrots, parsnips, parsley
Pampushki:
- 1 tsp. salt
- 500 g of flour
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 150 ml of vegetable oil
- 6 cloves of garlic
Preparation:We begin with the preparation of dough for pampushki.1. Milk warm to a temperature of steam, add salt, sugar, stir. Pour in the vegetable oil, stir. Sift flour, add yeast, stir. Gradually pour the butter and milk mixture, knead the dough. If necessary, add more flour.6. Dough to knead for 10 minutes, it is necessary that it does not stick to the hands. Make a bun of dough, pour it 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, a bowl with a test to tighten with a film, cover with a towel, leave to go for 30 minutes. While the dough is suitable, let's prepare borsch.1. Chop finely onions, rub on a small grater carrots, chop peppers too finely. We rub beets on a large grater. In a frying pan with a high border, heat 3 tbsp. l. butter, put the chopped onions and carrots, pass for 7 minutes, stirring. Add the pepper, then after 5 minutes rub on the large grater tomatoes (the rind remains in the hands, very convenient) .5. Passer for 5 minutes, add the beets, vinegar, tomato paste, sugar. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. For meatballs: save in 2 tbsp. l. butter onions and crushed garlic, put on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed, mix the vegetables with minced meat, salt and dried herbs, and mix meatballs the size of a Raffaello candy. Dough to get, mash, blind pampushki, grease with sweet water and send to a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes. 8. In the boiling broth put chopped cabbage, cook until soft.
