Lazy oatmeal with fruit. Photo: Personal archive It is a quick and healthy breakfast that does not require long cooking. The recipe allows you to create new variations by combining different ingredients to your liking. Ingredients (portion per person): 1/4 cup oat flakes (not fast cooking), 1/3 cup milk (skim), 1/4 cup ordinary yogurt (without fillers), 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/4 cup sliced ripe bananas, glass jar with a lid, 0.5 or 0.4 liters. Preparation: Add oatmeal, milk, yogurt, sugar, fruit or berries to the jar. Then close the jar with a lid and shake it to mix the ingredients. Again add fruit or berries and lightly mix. Tightly close the jar and put it in the refrigerator for the night. Ready oatmeal can be stored for up to two days. Serve chilled.
