Therefore, Derek Peers decided to create a special collection of small glass tables, looking at which really creates the illusion of floating. For those who have a particularly wild imagination, you can even try to imagine the ripples of the water surface. No doubt, the idea is truly gorgeous! Such a piece of furniture is especially useful for nature lovers, who, for example, due to lack of time, rarely go out of town. And so you can brew strong coffee, take your favorite book (or magazine), sit in front of the table and enjoy "bathing animals." But do not rush to be surprised and moved. After all, something similar was created in due time by another famous designer. So, for example, a few years ago the famous sculptor Mark Stoddart brought to life his animalistic idea and presented to the public a transparent coffee table with the same glass surface and an animal, as if emerging from water. However, bronze was used together with wood, and therefore the table turned out to be very impressive (not only in weight, but also in price). By the way, some copies were even sold at Christie's in London for double the price! This is what we understand how high the love for Africa and animals must be in order to pay a tidy sum for a piece of furniture!
