How to make a napkin with your own handsSize: diameter approx. 45 cm.You will need: leftover thin yarn (semi-wool) of various colors (in our case yellow, light green, pink, red, blue, burgundy, dark green and black); hook - 2. Technique: crochet. Description of work We start working with black thread.
- A chain of 10 in. to close in a ring. Art.
- 1st row: 1 in. lifting, 20 tbsp. b / n under the loops of the initial chain.
- 2nd row: 1 ch, *2 sc in the corresponding sts of the lower row, 2 sc in the next st of the lower row* — repeat 7 times. Thus, the number of columns in the 2nd row has increased by 7.
- 3-15th series: knit the bars b / n like the 2 nd row, i.e., from each 3rd column of the lower row, 2 st. b / n, as a result of which the number of columns in each following row increases by 7. Additions are made in different places relative to the increments of the previous row, so that the center of the napkin turns round.
- 16th row: *29 ch, 1 sc in the 6th column of the bottom row* – perform 21 times, 29 ch, sl st in the 1st ch of the 1st chain.
- Row 17: *knit 14 sc into the corresponding chain stitches, knit 3 sc into the 15th stitch, 14 sc into the next 14 sts of the chain* – repeat 22 times for each chain of ch stitches.
- 18th row: *skip 1 st from bottom row, 14 sc, 3 sc in the middle st of the increase of the previous row, 14 sc, skip 1 st from the bottom row* – repeat 22 times.
- And then knit similarly to the 18th row, i.e.in one place adding 2 sc, and decreasing in another (see diagram 28). Knit rows 19-21 in this way with black thread, then rows 22-25 with blue, 26-29 with red, 30-33 with yellow. At the same time, in the 26th row, add 1 more sc to the group of 14 sc and then knit 15 sc on the side edges of the napkin petals.
- Row 34 (knit with burgundy thread): attach the thread to the top of one of the petals, *31 ch, 1 sc in the top of the next petal* – repeat 22 times.
- Next, knit with single crochet stitches, as in rows 17-33,adding columns at the tops of the petals and skipping columns at the base according to diagram 28. At the same time, on the side edges, perform 15 sc in rows 35-41 and 16 sc in rows 42-49. Alternating thread colors: 35-37 - burgundy, 38-41 - pink, 42-45 - light green, 46-49 - dark green.
Wipe the napkin gently, spread out, performing bends in the right places, and leave to dry.
