  • 1. Children in a cage. This bedroom is decorated according to the “incompatible combination” principle: the technogenic “cage” creates the antithesis of handmade moldings under the ceiling, the cold metal - to warm wood. The base of the bed is also metal. It is polished to a mirror shine, and it seems that the bed is floating in the air.
  • 2. On its head. The roof of this attic goes down so low that it was impossible to place a normal bed there. I had to Japanese style confined mattress. The ceiling was covered with wood - apparently, they considered that it was more interesting to consider its pattern than to contrast a monochromatic painted surface. Perhaps this is so. But as a result, the room looked like a giant hamburger, in which a person is given the role of filling.
  • 3. Think for two. Bunk bed - the traditional solution for children. A wardrobe was attached to the box - this made it possible to do without extra furniture. To "dissolve" this massive structure in the interior, it was painted to match the color of the floor and walls. The result is a feeling of lightness and spaciousness.

  • 4. Seventh heaven. For interiors in oriental style is characterized by warm natural colors. But the creators of this bedroom went against the tradition and used different shades of blue. They are responsible for the peaceful atmosphere reigning in the room. Especially nice here in the hot summer - from the blue surfaces and breathes cool. And chromotherapy experts say that this color, like no other, contributes to sound sleep!
  • 5. Open around the clock. Surprisingly, but the fact - one such bed can replace with itself the whole set of rooms. This is a kind of fireplace room, and a lounge area in case of parties, and a guest bedroom. Isolation of the floor level and a partition, which also serves as a headboard and a bookshelf, help isolate it from the kitchen.
  • 6. And yours, and ours. The space under the bed should not be empty, because there you can place a lot of useful things! But to sacrifice convenience, raising the bed higher and higher and higher, is also not worth it. The authors of this interior have found a middle ground: the bed is at a comfortable level for a person. At the same time, there was enough space under it to equip an entire storeroom.

  • 7. Self-deception. A black and white geometric pattern that covers one of the walls and “crawls” onto the ceiling performs the same role that is usually assigned to the headboard and canopy. The painting helps to isolate the sleeping place and gives a sense of security. Let it be just an illusion, but how convincing!
  • 8. Behind the glass. Thanks to the glass partition, the sun rays pouring from the window penetrate not only into the bedroom, but also into the living room next to it. This is a great option for the interior, where there is not enough natural light. Well, if guests come to the house, blinds will help to hide the bed.
  • 9. Bedtime Stories. Books are a source of not only knowledge, but also a visual “noise” that is absolutely unacceptable in the bedroom. If without prints you absolutely can not sleep, hide them in the lower tier, where they will not make my eyes callous and disturb the integrity of the interior. Such a hybrid of the library and the bed is also good because it allows you to do without a bench at the foot and bedside tables, because extra furniture in the bedroom is also useless.

  • 10. The material issue. If the bedroom is decorated in the colonial style, you can not do without a canopy. It was originally designed to protect against mosquitoes. Fortunately, in our area these harmful insects are not found. So do not wind kilometers of fabric over the bed that will collect tons of dust. Enough and a small cut of matter, which "will cover" the bed, like an umbrella.
  • 11. In techno style. The headboard of this bed and the footrest are used in the most unexpected way: they have built-in speakers for a stereo system and other equipment. On the one hand, you can't deny the ingenuity of the interior designers, but on the other... If you believe the doctors, sleeping near devices that emit electromagnetic waves is harmful to your health!
  • 12. Elated mood. You can sleep either on the bed or right on the floor, as is customary in Japan. But there is a compromise option - to put the mattress on the podium. This will allow you to visually isolate the bedchamber (which is especially important if you live in an open-plan apartment). But at the same time reduces the likelihood of colds, because according to the laws of physics, warm air always rises.

  • 13. Enterprise full cycle. From this room you can not get out for weeks - there is everything you need for autonomous life. This is a bedroom and a bathroom (bath is hidden behind the bed), and a living room, and even a store of sports equipment. The deliberate negligence of the interior suggests that we have a temporary dwelling. So it is: the photo shows one of the rooms of the Hotel Basico in Mexico.
  • 14. Always near. The bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom, and the partition between them at the same time is the head of the bed. The main advantages of this solution: simplicity, convenience and rational use of space.
  • 15. Seven on benches. This bedroom is a bit like a second-class carriage. As in the present train, there is a night light next to each "shelf". The right solution for a guest house in the country or a nursery in the house of a large family!

  • 16.Don't trust your eyes! Night is the time of illusions, so all sorts of "deceptive tricks" in the bedroom are only welcome. In this interior, the headboard pretends to be a wardrobe with many small drawers, and the wall painting imitates fabric stitched with uneven stitches.
  • 17. Back and forth. At night, this room serves as a bedroom, and during the day it becomes a full-fledged living room. The secret of the miraculous transformation lies in the podium, under which the bed moves. Building such a structure will take time and money, but it’s worth it. Especially if you live in a one-room apartment and are forced to sleep on an uncomfortable folding sofa.
  • 18. Raise the stakes. The desire to save space has brought the owner of this bedroom very far. Rather, high. When setting up such a bed, remember: the distance to the ceiling should be such that you can sit on the bed without the risk of stuffing a bump on top.

  • 19. Get from the ceiling. Round beds require space: their width is one and a half times larger than that of ordinary rectangular models. But how gorgeous they look! To beat the shape of the bed, the author of this interior made a depression in the ceiling of exactly the same diameter - it seems that the bed fell into the room directly from the sky.
  • 20. Theater one actor. The line between the public and private zones is becoming increasingly unsteady - in this house sliding doors are designed not so much to divide, as to combine two adjacent rooms. With their help, an entire play has been played in the interior: the spectacular doors in the dark border are in no way inferior to the velvet curtain, and behind them lies a snow-white bed. The main thing - after looking at this beauty, do not stumble on the podium!
