Mark the desired page with something.Next time, you won’t have to flip through the entire book. You can simply fold down the corner of the page, make a note in the margins, or if you feel sorry for it, stick a bright sticker on the side or top of the page. Now your favorite recipes will always be in sight. Become a librarian for a while and make your own catalog of your favorites. Make your own card for each recipe. Let it indicate the book name of the dish (or the one you give it yourself), the book title or magazine number, and the page number. Arrange the cards in alphabetical order, dividing them into sections: “First courses,” “Desserts,” etc.
