As you know, no wedding, no matter how pompous,or modest it is not complete without dessert. The creators of the project about evolution this time decided to dedicate their video to the festive cake, showing how the fashion for the most important delicacy has changed, starting from 1916 to the present day. The video clip clearly illustrates how the preferences of the young have changed: from the elegant snow-white masterpieces of the 1920s, the outrageous desserts of the 1980s and to the bright original options of the 2000s. It is noteworthy that in the early 2000s, confectionery designers decided to completely move away from the main traditions and give free rein to their imagination. First of all, they advised replacing delicate shades with bright colors, preferred humorous variations to classic figures of the bride and groom, and complemented multi-tiered desserts with original cupcakes with topping in the same tone as the main garden dessert. It is worth noting that by 2016, the imagination of designers has become almost limitless, and now instead of a traditional treat, they suggest considering a wedding delicacy as a separate work of art. Therefore, they boldly use as a canvas, on which they create truly unique masterpieces with the help of food watercolors. An excellent option, by the way! We hope that in the future, designers will be able to surprise us even more and present something unimaginable to the audience, but undoubtedly delicious. After all, no matter how the wedding treat looks, it must be edible and fit into the overall concept of the celebration.
