How to make bouquets
- Aspidistra leaf - 2 pcs.
- Hyacinth - 3 pcs.
- Ornithogalum dubium (can be replaced with red alstroemeria) - 2 pcs.
- Waxflower - 1 pc.
- Bundles of dried grass (preferably not lost its color).
- Black fluffy feathers.
- Silicone hot glue with "AB" gun.
- Thin floristic wire.
- Glass vase.
- Spherical vase (for auxiliary purposes).
- Stapler, floral tape, knife and scissors.
1.First, heat up the glue gun and release the melted glue onto the bottom of the inverted spherical vase. You can use the bottom of blue glue for this purpose. The glue should not be applied in a continuous layer, but in an openwork pattern of transparent weaves, denser at the edges and more sparse in the middle. You can wet the vase in advance so that the hardened glue can be removed from it later. 2. Attach the feathers to the ends of the thin wires using tape, wrapping the wires in a spiral from top to bottom. In total, we will make 6-8 such blanks.
3.We cut the aspidistra leaves lengthwise into three parts with a blade, bend each part back to a different length and attach it to the base of the leaf with a stapler. We got an original "live" bow. 4. We put dried grass in a vase and fill it with water.
5.We remove the hardened glue from the bottom of the spherical vase and place it on top of the vase with water. We get decorative glue lace - an unusual detail that will add charm to the composition. We insert flowers into the vase through the glue mesh. In addition to decorative functions, it will also support the flowers, preventing them from falling apart in different directions. 6. We complement our bouquet with feathers on wires, inserting them both in the center and on the sides of the composition.
