Yorkshire puddingYorkshire PuddingYorkshire Pudding, Selectedscientists as a "guinea pig" - one of the most famous dishes of the British Isles. And not only in Yorkshire itself, but throughout the country. Researchers conducted a series of experiments and delivered a verdict: the perfect pudding will only be obtained with the following ratio of ingredients - one and a half tablespoons of flour to half a teaspoon of salt, a glass of a mixture of milk and water in a 1:1 ratio and one egg. And no liberties. It was also established that the ideal pudding should be at least 10 cm in height - this "height" guarantees the delicate consistency of the finished dish. In addition, scientists presented an algorithm for preparing the "correct" pudding: in it they described each step in detail.
