Now, in the era of the economic crisis, I want not so much luxury, as much security, comfort and coziness, as well as in the post-war years, when this style arose.

Industrial premises were sold practically for a pittance and were converted by new owners into residential apartments-lofts (English Loft - "loft"). The peculiar chic of gray concrete and bricks, huge spaces, metal fittings, bare walls and ceilings and comparatively insignificant expenses for finishing the premises led to a rapid increase in the popularity of this direction. Nowadays it is also relevant and popular.

Show all that is concealed, this is the honesty of this direction.
