- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 orange
- 2 lemons
- 2 limes
- 5 tbsp. l of sugar
- Mint leaves
Cooking1. Citrus wash and pour boiling water for a minute. Then remove and thinly cut skin. Add 1.5 liters of boiling water to the zedra. Squeeze out the fruit juice in any convenient way for you (manually or in a juicer) and add it to the water with zest. Add sugar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Let the lemonade cool down at room temperature - do not put it in the refrigerator at this stage! After the drink has cooled, wash the mint, rub the leaves with fingers and add to lemonade. Cool, you can add ice to the glasses if desired. Even if you decorate the edge of the glass with not only mint leaves, but also with a slice of orange, this will give a bright color accent (a combination of emerald green and bright orange) and taste: you drink with a cool drink and "Bite" a juicy slice.
