It is better to keep empty pots open, if you close them with lids, you will soon smell an unpleasant odor that is not so easy to remove. Also, do not keep fat in ceramic dishes for a long time. If a tiny crack appears on the bottom of your pot, you can take a couple of pieces of sugar, melt it into syrup, pour it into the "invalid" and heat it over the fire. But this method is not applicable for large cracks. For you will need about 1/2 kg of beef or pork pulp. First, pour odorless vegetable oil into the bottom of the pot. Then put everything in layers: cut 1 large onion, put it in the pot, arrange 1 chopped carrot, tomato and some meat on top, then onion again, carrot, tomato, meat, onion, carrot, tomato, meat... The very last layer should consist of vegetables. You can sprinkle the dish with grated cheese on top and put it in the oven. Cooking time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. The composition of vegetables can be changed. Potatoes, cauliflower, and sweet peppers are very good for this dish. If you like, put canned mushrooms. Just do not add water to the pot, you can add sour cream. In winter, it is quite acceptable to make this dish using frozen mixtures. You can make many delicious dishes in the oven. Their main charm for the housewife is that you will spend a minimum of effort on preparing such a dish. The main thing is to take it out of the oven on time.
