Warm salad with pork
A photo: Denis KulikovThis recipe is especially impressive for men. Meat, potatoes, crispy cucumbers, sauerkraut, mushrooms - all in one dish! You can cook nothing more, your faithful will rumble from pleasure. Ingredients (for 4-6 servings):
- pork tenderloin - 400 g
- Pink skinned potatoes - 4 pcs. or packing frozen potatoes in slices
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- a quarter of a fork of pickled cabbage
- half a fork of chinese cabbage
- 15–20 pickled cucumbers
- 4 tbsp. l pickled mushrooms
- 4 tbsp. l cowberries, pickled or frozen
- 1 red onion
- bunch of dill
- mayonnaise –4 tbsp. l
- pickles marinade - 2 tbsp. l
- salt, brandy - 50 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- ground black pepper, coriander ground
Cooking: 1. Wash pork tenderloin, free from films, rub with salt, pepper, coriander, let it soak for 10 minutes, fry in oil heated from all sides.2. Pour brandy into a saucepan and add mashed lingonberries. Stew under cover on low heat for 15 minutes.3. Meanwhile, cut the cucumbers in half, cut the cabbage into small squares, the delicate part of the Chinese too.4. Potatoes: if frozen, fry according to the instructions; if fresh, cut into slices, put in a sleeve for baking, add a little salt, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a sprig of rosemary. Fasten the sleeve on both sides. Bake in the oven until cooked. Do not forget to pierce the sleeve! You can fry, but the baked is more original. For the sauce mayonnaise mixed with dill and marinade. On a large dish first lay out the cabbage cabbage, on it - Chinese, again plast. Red onion finely chopped, half in the sauce, leave half left. Mushrooms and gherkins scatter on a dish in artistic disarray, put potatoes around. Put a couple of spoons of sauce on the cabbage. Remove the tenderloin from the pan, cut into thin slices at a 45-degree angle, lay a flower on the cabbage, then the sauce, then the onion. Serve until the meat and potatoes are cold.
