  • 3 large carrots
  • 2 oranges
  • 5-7 drops
  • grapefruit oil
  • 20 g ginger

Wash the carrots, peel them and drain.through a juicer. Separately squeeze out the orange juice, add grapefruit oil. Mix the citrus mixture with carrot juice, add grated ginger. Useful properties: ginger has an anti-inflammatory effect, and also strengthens the immune system, improves digestion and improves mood. Oranges are one of the best sources of water-soluble vitamin C. Carotene contained in carrots cleanses the skin, strengthens hair and the retina.
