Ginger-orange fresh juice by Oksana Robski
Vitamin Cocktail
- 3 large carrots
- 2 oranges
- 5-7 drops
- grapefruit oil
- 20 g ginger
Wash the carrots, peel them and drain.through a juicer. Separately squeeze out the orange juice, add grapefruit oil. Mix the citrus mixture with carrot juice, add grated ginger. Useful properties: ginger has an anti-inflammatory effect, and also strengthens the immune system, improves digestion and improves mood. Oranges are one of the best sources of water-soluble vitamin C. Carotene contained in carrots cleanses the skin, strengthens hair and the retina. And grapefruit oil increases the beneficial properties of all the listed products several times.
