The most hazardous substances are found in bleaching agents (chlorine), laundry detergents (phosphates and phosphonates), detergents (high concentrations of surfactants, or surfactants). You can buy biochemicals with reduced chemistry, but they are more expensive. And it happens that unscrupulous manufacturers call a non-polluting ordinary powder. This is a headache for housewives.Let's figure out how to clean its dirtiest corners. Remove blockages. Mix ¾ cup of soda and ½ cup of vinegar, pour into the drain. After 30 minutes, rinse with a kettle of boiling water. Destroy fungus. Dissolve a furatsilin tablet in 5 liters of water, treat the affected areas. For repeated treatment, dilute 1 tablet in a liter of water. Bleach plumbing. Mix 2 tbsp. of soda ash and baking soda, rub a damp bathtub or sink, leave for 10 minutes. Apply a mixture of 50 g of vinegar and bleach on top. Rinse off after half an hour. Wash the seams between the tiles. Dilute 2.5 tbsp. of soda in a glass of hot water, add 1 tbsp. of washing powder, clean the seams with an old toothbrush.
Living room
Tulle.To preserve color: after washing, rinse in a strong salt solution (about 7 tbsp. per 1.5 liters of water), let drain and dry. There is no need to iron the curtains. Carpet. To remove unpleasant odor: spray the pile with a soda solution (in any proportion), leave for 30 minutes, vacuum. To restore color: dilute 1/2 tsp. of washing powder and 1 tbsp. of turpentine in a liter of water. Apply the solution evenly to the carpet with a brush. After a few minutes, wipe first with a wet cloth, then with a dry one. Wallpaper. Grease stains: dilute tooth powder or chalk with water, stir into a gruel and apply to the dirty area. After drying, the chalk will crumble, the stain will disappear. Window. To restore shine to glass: 2 tbsp. vinegar dilute in a bucket of water, treat the glass and rinse with water. Wear rubber gloves when cleaning. It is better not to use soap: it forms a film. Remove ingrained dirt from frames: dilute 1 tbsp. starch in a liter of water. Mirrors. Deal with dullness: dissolve glycerin in water (in proportions 1:1), add a few drops of ammonia or mix cold water with linen blue. Remove stains: dissolve 1 tbsp. vinegar in a glass of water. Floor. Linoleum and parquet are not washed with hot water, soda or ammonia, otherwise the coating will fade. For linoleum: dilute a little laundry soap in warm water. Rinse and wipe dry. Parquet floors are well wiped with a damp cloth soaked in cold water with the addition of glycerin (1 tbsp. per glass of water). Painted furniture. Add 1 tbsp of ammonia to the water, wipe dry to avoid stains and streaks. It is better not to use soap and soda, they make oil and enamel surfaces dull.
Kitchen
Kitchen apron.Grate 100 g of laundry soap on a coarse grater, add 100 g of hot water, beat with a whisk until a strong foam. Add 75 g of soda. This paste can remove even the most stubborn dirt from any surface. Extractor hood. Boil water in a large saucepan (the size of the filters, otherwise you can burn yourself), dissolve ½ cup of soda. Dip the filter in boiling water and leave for a few minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat, wait until the dirt dissolves. Oven. Stir ½ cup of baking powder in a liter of hot water until the consistency of sour cream. Apply to glass and leave for 30 minutes. Wipe with a wet cloth. Wipe chrome surfaces with a cloth soaked in ammonia. Glassware. Add a little vinegar or coarse salt to warm water. Vases and glasses will become more transparent.
