Photo: Fastcompany.comAccording to the plan of the largest manufacturer of furniture and home goods, the four busiest stations of the Paris metro should be transformed into cozy rooms for relaxation. To do this, IKEA installed cozy sofas, lamps and armchairs from the new collection on the platforms. And on the walls, it placed posters depicting home interiors - bookcases, TVs, indoor plants. Passengers of the French metro are allowed to use furniture at the stations "Saint-Lazare", "Champs Elysees", "Concorde" and "Opera" by design - to sit, lie down, in general, relax while waiting for the train. With this unique promotional campaign, IKEA decided to clearly demonstrate the convenience, and most importantly, the functionality of its products. IKEA is known for its memorable advertising campaigns. For example, in February, 30 bookcases were installed on the beach in Sydney. The bookcases, which were invented in this city 30 years ago, stood on the beach for only one day. The new advertising campaign, which will last until March 24, was developed by the communications group Agence 14 Septembre.
