The actor purchased the property in 2001, a year after his breakup with Demi Moore, with whom he had been married for 13 years. The 8-hectare property includes a 780-square-meter house, a guest house, several ponds and streams, a gym, and a heated pool. The pool is equipped with water slides and swings. According to Willis, he decided to part with the house because he spends very little time in Idaho. In 2010, Willis also put his nightclub The Mint up for sale for $6 million. However, there were no buyers for this "Die Hard" property, so he lowered the price to $4.5 million. Among other things, Bruce Willis is the owner of the Soldier Mountain ski resort, which, like the house, is located in Idaho. Bruce Willis, who married Emma Hemming in 2009, has three daughters with Demi Moore: Rumer, 23, Scout, 20, and Tallulah, 17.
